My favourite place in Galway! My first ever meal in Galway, on my 2nd trip (straight to the takeaway shop), was at Captain's Cabin... Their chicken doner with chips and sauce... is a must try. Keep it up!
I absolutely love the theme and decor!! The drawings on the chalkboard were so pretty too
Had the fresh cod and chips plus a battered sausage. The fish was great and I loved the chips. The battered sausage was freshly made and not too greasy at all
Service was quick and the staff were polite
Not only is the atmosphere eerie and unwelcoming but their delivery services is incompetent. This is not the first time this happened but its been almost 2 hours since I've ordered and I still have not recived my food! I live a 10 minutes walk away mind you. You're better off ordering from some place in Ballybane for cheaper, nicer food at a quicker time.
